Capital One needed help with introducing a new product (ENO), along with supporting some existing ones, like their bank, QuickSilver and Savor cards, and even to welcome guests at their sports arena.
Always looking to help their customers, Capital One reassures them with ENO, that warns customers of possible fraudulent activity. QuickSilver gives cash back rewards, so for their home improvement initiative, we utilized the classic “before and after” visual seen on many home improvement shows and had the card swipe to activate the change. Quick, simple and clear.
They also give out advice, so we created some fun animation to communicate what to do when you’re between houses or how to save money on food and groceries. There’s also advice from actual couples having a “real talk” about something that probably isn’t talked about enough – their finances.
The Welcome Screen at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. greets fans with some eye candy as they enter the arena for any of the three big events held there – hockey, basketball and concerts.
